Tomorrows Children's Fund exists to ease the pain and speed the healing of children with cancer or a serious blood disorder. Located at Hackensack University Medical Center, TCF provides a warm, healthy and loving atmosphere for children undergoing treatment. TCF strives to meet the needs of families who are financially overwhelmed with a full spectrum of services while their child is in active treatment. Volunteer Center of Bergen County strengthens the community by connecting people with opportunities to serve, operating model volunteer programs, building capacity for effective volunteering, and participating in strategic partnerships that meet community needs. The Center links individuals, schools, groups and corporations with rewarding volunteer activities that meet important needs in our community. The Center also operates a home repair service for the elderly and disabled and two mentoring programs that assist abused children and overwhelmed mothers who need guidance.
