The Bergen Bike Tour is a fundraising event, with proceeds benefiting Tomorrows Children’s Fund and the Volunteer Center of Bergen County. Riders’ fundraising efforts are greatly appreciated and will help these charities provide much-needed programs and services right here in Bergen County. All riders age 16 and older are required to turn in a minimum of $100 per rider in sponsorship pledges prior to or at the event. All riders who turn in the minimum of $100 in pledges by the day of the event will receive a free, high-quality Bergen Bike Tour t-shirt and goody bag at registration. Riders may continue to fundraise after the event – all pledges are due by November 13, 2009 to be eligible for more prizes:
